Notice is hereby given that the Stanislaus Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 28, 2008, at a meeting starting at 6:00 P.M. in the Joint Chambers, Basement Level, Tenth Street Place, 1010 Tenth Street, Modesto, California, to consider the following: 1) Municipal Service Review and Sphere of Influence Updates for the East and West Stanislaus Resource Conservation Districts; 2) City of Modesto Out-of-Boundary Service Extension requests for: a) 4701 McHenry Ave., Modesto, and b) 2721/2737 Nathan Ave., Modesto; and 3) Adoption of the Final LAFCO Budget for the Fiscal Year 2008/09.  The review, approval and notice of the LAFCO budget will be performed consistent with Government Code Sections 56380 and 56381.
