Notice is hereby given that the Stanislaus Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 23, 2010, at a meeting starting at 6:00 PM in the Joint Chambers, Basement Level, Tenth Street Place, 1010 Tenth Street, Modesto, CA, to consider the following:  1) MSR and SOI Update for the Monterey Park Tract Community Services District; 2) MSR and SOI Update for the Western Hills Water District; and 3) Consideration and Adoption of Additional and Revised LAFCO Policies and Procedures.  Copies of the staff reports will be available five days prior to the Hearing Date.
