Policies & Procedures
On December 5, 2001, the Commission adopted policies and procedures consistent with the Cortese-Knox-Hertzberg Local Government Reorganization Act of 2000. Since this time, amendments have been made to the Act. Most recently, the Commission has adopted its revised Policies and Procedures Manual on January 23, 2008 to reflect these changes.
